Is there a contract?
No. Both plans are month to month. You can cancel any time — there is no long-term agreement to get out of.
Is setup a separate fee?
No. Setup is included in the monthly price. There is no separate onboarding charge on top of what is listed here.
Does the price ever change from what is listed?
The plans start at $297 and $497 a month. Most businesses land right at those prices. If your business has unusual call volume, multiple locations, or a scope that goes beyond a standard build, we will tell you the actual number on the setup call before you commit to anything — never after.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your phone number, your domain, your reviews, and your customer data. Everything is handed over cleanly. We do not hold any of it hostage.
Can I add Autumn Voice AI later?
Yes. Most businesses that add Autumn do it after seeing how the rest of the system runs. There is no penalty for upgrading when you are ready.
What is the difference between the two plans, in practice?
Autopilot Core covers everything except answering the phone itself — text-back, follow-up, booking, reviews, chat, and the website. The Autumn Voice AI package adds a live AI receptionist who actually picks up the call, qualifies the caller, and books the appointment — and it includes everything in Core.
Do you charge extra for texts or calls?
No usage fees are added on top of the plan price. Carrier text registration is a one-time setup step we handle for you, not a recurring charge.
What if what I need does not fit either plan?
Some businesses want something outside these two plans — a custom dashboard, back-office automation, or a build that does not map cleanly to either package. Tell us what you are trying to solve and we will scope it honestly, including whether it is a fit at all.
What exactly does Autopilot replace?
The scramble. The voicemail box nobody checks, the follow-up that never went out, the review you meant to ask for. It sits on top of your phone, calendar, and website and handles the parts that keep slipping.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. Your existing number keeps working. We add a layer behind it so missed calls get caught, spam gets screened, and you can forward to Autumn whenever you want her picking up.
How long does setup take?
Most builds are live 7 to 10 days after your intake. You do one onboarding call and a short review at the end. We do the rest.
Will callers know they are speaking with an AI?
Yes. Autumn identifies herself as an assistant at the start of the call. She is not built to pass as a person and we would not build it that way.
Does it work outside Santa Barbara and Ventura County?
Yes. We are based in Santa Barbara and work closely with businesses locally, but the platform is configured and managed remotely for businesses across the U.S.
