These terms cover your use of this website and the Autopilot Systems messaging programme. By using the site or opting in to messages, you agree to them.

Using this site

The content here is for information. Pricing shown is a starting point; what a build actually costs depends on scope, and we will tell you that before you buy rather than after. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular business result.

SMS messaging programme

What you will receive. If you opt in, message types include:

• Replies to enquiries you send us through the website
• Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
• Service and project follow-ups
• Review requests after completed work
• Occasional promotional offers — only if you separately opted in to marketing messages

How to opt in. Consent is collected through the opt-in form on this website at /sms-opt-in, which presents two separate, optional, unchecked consent boxes — one for informational and transactional messages, and one for promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email shaun@autopilotsystems.org.

Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive messages.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Services and billing

Platform packages are billed monthly with no long-term contract. Setup is included in the monthly price. You may cancel at any time; on cancellation you keep your phone number, your reviews, your domain, and your customer data, and we hand them over cleanly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use anything we build to send unlawful messages, to message people who have not consented, or to ignore opt-out requests. We will not configure a system to do those things, and we will end an engagement rather than assist with them.

Limitation of liability

We provide the services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, Autopilot Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carriers or other third-party networks.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
