This policy explains what Autopilot Systems collects, why, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to the messaging programme described below.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, business name, email address, and phone number, submitted through a form on this site.
- Information about your business — business type, approximate call or lead volume, and what you tell us you are trying to solve.
- Consent records — whether you opted in to text messages, which type, and when.
- Basic technical data — pages visited and general device information, used to understand how the site is performing.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to prepare and schedule a walkthrough.
- To provide and support the services you buy from us.
- To send the messages you consented to receive, and nothing else.
- To improve this website.
Text messaging and mobile information
If you provide your phone number and check a consent box, you may receive text messages from Autopilot Systems. Message types include:
- Replies to enquiries you send us through the website
- Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- Service and project follow-ups
- Review requests after completed work
- Occasional promotional offers — only if you separately opted in to marketing messages
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email shaun@autopilotsystems.org.
Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our hosting, email, and CRM providers — and only to the extent they need it to perform that work. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for any purpose.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses only what it needs to function and to understand basic traffic patterns. We do not use advertising cookies to build a profile of you across other websites.
Data security
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with providers that offer industry-standard protections. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw messaging consent at any time by replying STOP. To make any of these requests, email shaun@autopilotsystems.org.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive messages. This site is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
