Job marked complete Thanks for letting us handle the panel upgrade today, Sarah! Mind leaving us a quick review? It really helps: g.page/r/amped New 5-star review just posted Sarah M. · “Fast, clean, and on time.”
The problem

Your best customers forget. Your worst ones remember.

Happy customers rarely think to leave a review. Frustrated ones almost always do. Left alone, that arithmetic drags your rating down over time even when the work is good.

Asking properly works — but only if it happens right after the job, every time, without anyone having to remember.

How it works

From trigger to result.

  1. The job gets marked complete

That is the trigger. No list-building, no monthly campaign to remember.

  2. A request goes out by text

Short, in your name, with a direct link to your Google profile.

  3. Every customer gets the same ask

The request goes to everyone, and it links straight to your Google profile. A separate private-feedback alert tells your team when someone needs following up — it does not change who gets asked.

Use cases

Where this earns its keep.

After every completed job

The ask happens at the moment goodwill is highest.

Catching problems early

Private feedback alerts flag an unhappy customer so your team can follow up — separately from, and without affecting, the review request everyone receives.

Rebuilding a thin profile

A business with a handful of old reviews can build a current, credible profile.

Local search visibility

Review volume and recency are part of how you rank in local results.

Integrations

Works with the tools already running your business.

  • Native Included and configured on every build.
  • Supported connection Connected during setup as part of onboarding.
  • Custom API connection Connected through an available API and scoped to your build.

Already have a CRM? Autopilot can usually build around it instead of making you start over.

Straight talk

What it does not do.

Being clear about the edges of this product is part of how we sell it.

  • Every customer gets the same request. We do not write reviews, screen customers before asking, route only happy customers to Google, or suppress negative feedback — review gating violates Google’s policies and we will not build it.
  • Private feedback alerts are a notification to your team, not a filter. Every customer still receives the same review request and can post publicly whenever they choose.
  • Results depend on your job volume and your work. More completed jobs means more requests; good work means better reviews.
  • Text requests require completed carrier registration.

Questions about this.

Is this against Google’s rules?

No. Asking every customer for an honest review is allowed and encouraged. Asking only the customers you expect to be positive is review gating, which Google prohibits — so the request goes to everyone, without screening.

What happens if someone is unhappy?

They receive the same review request as everyone else. Separately, a private feedback alert can notify your team so you can reach out and put it right. We do not filter who gets asked — that would be review gating, and Google prohibits it.

How many reviews should I expect?

That depends on your job volume. One local business we set this up for collected 16 Google reviews in the first week; yours will depend on how many jobs you finish.

Can it reach customers from before I started?

Yes, through a reactivation campaign to your existing customer list, if you have one.
